A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our first–rate cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can lead to lost info and undesired network downtime. That’s why we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly capable administrators whose principal responsibility is to ensure that your website works precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time interval, because there are lots of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not very large).

A: Yup. We will need to have the name of the site that you’d like us to transfer. We will also need a way to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: Customer privacy is among our principal concerns – this is why, both our payment page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–class SSLs. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial procedures to secure the details that we collect on the World Wide Web. And we also have a detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. After the transfer is over, we’ll make certain that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your data is not affected prior to informing you that the transfer is done. Then we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Basically, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
